Adplus + AdLite + C6lite Camera Installation



*NOTE: We recommend seeking a professional installer to perform the final installation. Please adhere to all installation instructions that are included with your order. The included power cable may differ based on the specifications of your order. Please contact us with any questions.



  • Be sure to remove all of the plastic film from the camera’s lenses & LED indicator panel.

  • Camera bracket should be installed in the upper center of the windshield with the word “UP” on the back of the bracket pointing up towards the sky. 

  • Mount the camera on the bracket and make sure the camera angle is facing straight. Hold the camera and bracket against the mounting point on the windshield to determine the appropriate mounting angle. Next, begin tightening the bracket stud while making sure the camera stays level.

  • Once the camera is stationed at the proper level, finish tightening the bracket stud. Clean the mounting point on the windshield using the provided alcohol wipe. Once the windshield is dry, peel the film from the bracket’s adhesive backing, and firmly press the bracket against the windshield using two thumbs.

Use the diagram below when wiring the power adapter for the camera. Anything marked with a red X should be ignored.

AI & 4 Channel Cameras Only: Next we need to take measurements in order to calibrate the camera’s AI sensors.

Dash Camera LED Indicator Status:

Complete the setup process by taking the device on a test trip. The device should remain powered for at least 2 minutes.


Power On - Once the vehicle is started, the camera will automatically power on. The lights will begin illuminating, starting with the green power light (refer to the LED Indicators chart below to ensure your device is connected)


Power Off - Your camera is configured to automatically power off when the vehicle’s battery drops below 11.5 volts, or 24 hours after the vehicle is powered off (no user input is needed)
