Theft Recovery Button

For users on the Basic subscription, the Theft Recovery button activates 24 hours of Premium reporting.

This feature can be used once per month.

Select the device you want to activate Theft Recovery for on the Map.

Next, Select the button labeled Theft Recovery:

Next you will be asked to confirm activating the 24 hour Premium Service.

Once you select ok, for 24 hours the device will report every minute. Once the 24 hours is up the device will revert to its normal Basic plan reporting.
