Assigning Read Only Devices

You can make sub accounts (listed as People on your Map) Read Only. Read Only accounts can only view information for their assigned devices - they cannot make changes to any settings or alerts.

To assign a device to a sub account as a Read Only device, use the following steps when logged into the main administrative account:

  1. Open the Map and go to the People tab
    1. If the person you want to assign the devices to is not in the People tab, call MasTrack support at 1-800-559-8991, press 2 for support and a representative will create the sub account for you
  2. Select the Person you wish to assign Read Only devices to.

  3. You can select the " > " next to visible devices to see what devices are visible to the user and how they were made visible (via the device, a tag, or both).

  4. Select the pencil icon next to visible devices. In the new menu that opens, you will see the visible devices for that Person's sub account, and the option to select Read Only for their Access.
